Error in Synchronizing Data

I tried to subscribe to the database that is published on my laptop running on windows XP professional SP2 and using SQL Server 2005. However, in the second step (synchronizing data) the following error message occured:

Messages

A request to send data to the computer running IIS has failed. For more information, see HRESULT.
HRESULT 0x80072EE2 (28037)

The operation could not be completed.

Anyone can help me on this?

Check whether you are able to browse the URL from the subscriber machine/device? It may be that IIS has blocked some extensions.

I cannot browse the URL from the PDA. Is there any way that i can unblock those extensions?

Are you able to browse the URL from any other machine than PDA? If yes, then IIS is not blocking but its an issue of general connectivity between your PDA and desktop. Are you able to browse any site like www.microsoft.com from your PDA. If you could not browse the normal sites, then its general internet connection issue.
