error in my event viewer "application log"

Hi all, I'm using winxp pro and just installed MSDE2000 /w
sp3, now I see a error message in my event
viewer "application log":
19012 :
SuperSocket Info: Bind failed on TCP port 1433.

Can anyone give me a hand?

your TCP 1433 port is probably in use by other applications..

error in ms sql server 2000 enterprise

dear sir, i have got an error in ms SQL server 2000 enterprise...which is installed on a win2003 enterprise system...
SuperSocket info: (SpnRegister) : Error 1355.
can you please tell me what it means??
