Error installing MSDE (Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine)

As i try to install MSDE (Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine), i get this
error message :
"A strong SA password is required for security reasons.
Please use SAPWD switch to suply the same. Setup will now exit"
How do i solve this?Use the SAPWD switch when you invoke setup.exe, and give it a strong
password?

Open a command prompt, navigate to the folder with setup.exe from MSDE, and
type
setup.exe INSTANCENAME=WhateverYouWantTheInstanceToBeNamed SECURITYMODE=SQL
SAPWD=WhateverYouWantThePasswordToBe DISABLENETWORKPROTOCOLS=0
