Error Installing MSDE2000 Relase A

Hi there, This is the new installation of MSDE2000 Release A locally on the
Windows XP SP1 professional (Laptop). Never got it through the installation.
I have checked all the conditions in the Readme file, and they were met.

try fixing (or reinstalling) your MDAC stack...
