Error Installing Reporting Services

Hi all,
I'm currently installing Reporting Services Enterprise Edition in one
computer that use :
- Windows 2000 Server+SP4
- SQL Server Standard Edition
And I've got errors during installation :
Package 'VsRptDesigner Package' has failed to load properly ( GUID = ...
Package 'ACT Project Package' has failed to load properly ( GUID = ...
Package 'ReportDesignerPackage' has failed to load properly ( GUID = ...
Package 'DataWarehouse VSIntegration layer' has failed to load properly
( GUID = ...
Now, I cannot load Ms. Visual Studio.NET at all. My question is :
1. How to solve this problem?
2. Is it wrong to install Report Server, Report Manager & Report
Designer in one computer?
Please help,
ThanksLook here:

I've tried that suggested solution before I post this question and
still doesn't work.
But the Protected Storage have ran already after VS.NET installation
but I restart it as wanted and nothing changed.
I forgot to mention that I've install VS.NET successfully at WinXP at
the same computer, but failed at Win 2000+SP4.
Any other suggestion?
